inFamous- A cool multi-level story, vibrant colors & believable powerful characters

Like Activision’s Prototype, Sony introduces inFamous. inFamous is an open world  game with some powerful characters & a different storyline.

Infamous Banner

The game introduces Cole McGrath, an urban parcel carrier who happens to deliver a device that blew up six city blocks, and that Cole was also the only survivor. After awakening from a coma, he finds the city in disarray & himself with the power to control electricity.Unlike other superhero games, which offer specific powers (regeneration, flight, super strength, etc.), control of electricity is very imaginative…and sounds fun too…Imagine zapping enemies through lightening & through shock waves…sounds cool…

Based on whether you choose to be good or evil, the game’s story will pan out very differently with either direction. Now this is another reason we found it interesting. The visual style of the gameplay is a dark and is supposed to have one of the best graphics till date.If you choose to be good, the electricity Cole emits will be blue while if you choose to be evil that same electricity will be red.infamous-1727

Beyond the standard gameplay, sectors of the city are controlled by various enemies & missions .Missions are picked up by going to specified locations on the radar (a lot like GTA). What else this game has stored for us has to still be demystified. This game is tipped to be one of the best offerings on the PlayStation 3 to date. Hoping to get our hands on this highly rated game. Shall keep you updated.
